We DO NOT accept International returns or exchanges.   

Exchanges will be made for your unworn item ONLY for the same exact item in another size (if we have the item in stock).  Buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back and the additional shipping charge + a $5 restocking fee.  

If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your item, you may return the unworn item for a STORE CREDIT in the amount paid less shipping.

Please email us at to begin the return/exchange process.  DO NOT just send the item back.   Buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

There will be absolutely no returns/exchanges made after 30 days from purchase date.  




The Wild Folk Co ships via USPS and tracking confirmation is put on every package. You will be notified of the tracking number in an email after the item has shipped. Unfortunately we cannot put tracking on International orders- only a Customs number. We are not responsible for any item that leaves the United States and has become "lost" or "untraceable". 

Shipping prices are approximated with a small additional cost added to cover shipping supplies/materials.  

Items Marked "Ready to Ship" should leave our facility within 3 business days.  

We ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for handmade items to ship (though it doesn't usually take that long).

If you need an order quickly, please add the "rush my order" option to your purchase, and your item will be moved to the front of the current orders.  

International Orders:

All of our items can be shipped internationally and the approximated shipping price for Canada is given along with a standard "Everywhere Else" listing that is based on shipping to the mailing zone farthest from our location (Australia).    

* Please note that we do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer if their country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web.
